Concerns a letter of advice from von Paschwitz's patrimonial court in Schönwald (Bavaria), concerning the sending of a "fortunately saved debt certificate", which, however, was not recorded in the mortgage book "due to the unforgivable fault of the lender". However, the certificate of indebtedness "saved the capital for the foundation."

According to the letter from the patrimonial court in Schönwald (Bavaria) offered at the same time and mentioned here, these are debts of the day laborer and estate owner Nikol Bank in Grünhaid(today OT of Schönwald in Bavaria) at the Engelmess Foundation in Selb.

About the pastor: Johann Christian Konrad Carl Seifert (* 18. August 1794 in Trebgast as the son of the pastor Georg Christoph Seifert, 1759-1819) went to high school in Bayreuth, was rector in Berneck from 1818, pastor in Harsdorf from 1821, 2 pastors in Selb from 1832-36, pastor in Himmelkron from the end of 1836 and from 1849 in Beyerberg (until at least 1866).
