Quick description
Amazing and old doll bust, circa 1920.
1/1 scale piece, having served as a store decoration for many decades.
Porcelain head, sulphide eyes, boiled cardboard and papier-mâché body originally covered with staff and painted.
Note a crack on the back of the head and others on the eyes, still perfectly solid.
The assembly is certainly not original, but it is almost as old as the head.
Very beautiful patina, slightly cleaned and protected.
