Mind Over Matter is the long awaited second album by Walk on Fire

This 13 track release features ex Asia drummer Trevor Thornton and the late Mike Casswell on guitars (formerly Brian May Band). Also we have Phil Williams on bass – from Spandau Ballet and to cap it off the legendary Richard Cottle programmed the album, a man who has worked with the likes of David Bowie and Seal. The end result has been written and produced by Dave Cairns (Secret Affair)

These newly discovered buried treasures were put to tape shortly after the release of the legendary debut “Blind Faith” in 1989. The debut was originally on MCA and produced by The Cars producer Walter Turbitt as well as featuring Richard Cottle and Steve Ferrone. At the time of the debut the band toured with Nils Lofgren, Foreigner, Ratt and Dan Reed Network. However, despite their success they never had a follow up album… that is until now. Boy was it worth the wait – this is such a catchy album. The vocals of Alan King are beautiful and the album has such a charisma that it is impossible to ignore it.

Mind Over Matter is finally here, this is fine music and is bound to please fans both old and new.
