Here is an Adams Calyx Ware Singapore Bird Tea Set.  This set includes the teapot and lid, plus 6 teacups and saucers.  These have both the older red backstamp (teapot, 3 teacups, 4 saucers) and the newer black stamp ( 3 teacups, 2 saucers).

There is a chip on the spout of the teapot, and another chip on the inner rim on the lid.  You can see both of these in the photos.
