This is a SCSI cable from a DEC Workstation to a SCSI peripheral. The 68 pin at the workstation side is metal shielded, with squeeze pins for retention. The 50 pin male SCSI end is a straight-through connector and plastic molded.
The cabls were pulled from working systems, and stored in an air conditioned smoke-free location in a closed box. This is how to connect your vintage workstation to external drives.
