Use :
The extender consists of two parts, a transmitter and a receiver, which will be linked together by an RJ45 serial cable. This makes it possible to reach distances much greater than those which an HDMI cord would allow, and for a much lower cost. Finally, much less rigid than an HDMI cable, RJ45 cords will be easier to hide and pass through more confined sheaths.
You will need to use good quality RJ45 cords, i.e. at least CAT 5e category, and preferably category 6 (or shielding in pairs will promote the fact that losses are almost non-existent).
Implementation:
Connect the transmitter to your video source by an HDMI cord, and the receiver to your display device, always by an HDMI cord. Then connect the transmitter and receiver with an RJ45 cable, then power the transmitter and the receiver: your device is ready! Note that this extender is sold without cables, HDMI or RJ45. You will find in the packaging the transmitter, the receiver, and the two power supplies.
