Jackson Professional Soloist in Gloss Black. 1990. Very Rare - Made in Japan.
First year 1990 Jackson Soloist Professional in black. Comes with the original pickups, I've not seen many with the J-50B pickup in the bridge (stock), most come with J-50BC Ceramic pickups. The J-50B is Jacksons answer to a PAF pickup.
The guitar is described as fair players grade condition, tip of the headstock has the usual dint, the headstock also has some surface cracks, however this does not affect playability. there are dints and scrapes on the guitar, happy to supply additional photos.
The JE-1200 midboost circuit and tone circuit would need some TLC, the tone/mid boost knob spins freely, other than that, pickups works fine. You can get replacements JE-1200 boards on eBay.
as this is a first year production model of the Japanese Pro series, the truss rod cover is blank, later ones in 1992 has the Soloist Pro designation.
