Good working order, This arrived to me with some (2 if I remember correctly) bent pins and I did the best I could to bend them back but its not perfect. They do all make contact with the cpu and this board has been in a backup / test pc of mine for approximately 2 years and never missed a beat. Comes with a working cooler and temperature sensor so the fan does not run at 100% all the time.
