But I measured:

          28" waist x 30" Inner Leg

a generous waist, with some further stretch up to 29"+ (Please see photos)

My (male) model in the attached photos is an approx. 31" x 30"; 

these were a close but a comfortable decent fit

Low rise @ 7.5", leg opening of 5.5"

Styled for women, Topshop-made, of course, with low rise crotch & shallow pockets

Skinny & stretchy & very accommodating & also very comfortable without feeling restrictive
