Lighter appears to be in good. Shows minor wear due to age and use. Has visible scratches on the bottom and top. Please see all photos provided before making your purchase.

I do not know if this lighter works or not. All outer moving parts still turn and move. Nothing is rusted shut or stuck. Selling as is and untested. Most likely, it needs a flint and fuel. (Not included).
