If you collect Mongolian stamps you should know that the main printout was in Sheetlets of 9.
The rectangle stamps from the set were printed in sheets of 25 and were sent to USSR, where almost all sheets were torn
and the stamps were sold to holders of Mongolian stamps abonnement. Only few were torn in Blocks.
It is very hard to find the stamps from the full sheets
