Owned from new, used but in great condition, fully working. Supplied with DC adapter and patch cables.

Supplied with custom functional overlay, as shown, which informs on functionality and can be removed if preferred (simply by unscrewing the face plate screws and lifting it off).

Minor scratch on the left hand cheek, and the upper left screw is loose but secured with tape, and not required for use, exactly as shown in the photo. Also left on three labels written on electrical tape, as functional reminders. As such, are easy to remove if preferred.  Supplied in original box and packaging.
