This boat is being sold subject to tort for the landowner to be able to recover storage fees. The agent selling the boat on behalf of the landowner has done a basic visual check and has no prior knowledge other than knowing that the boat was being navigated under its own propulsion last summer. This boat is sold with no keys for the ignition.
Due to the boat being sold under 'the interference of goods act' the landlord is obliged to sell the boat in a public auction so there is no 'buy it now' price and it must finish in the auction.
Starting price is £600.00 with no reserve. The highest bidder above £600 will have won the auction.
Payment will be due immediately and can be paid in cash, bank transfer or card payment. We do not accept cheque or paypal.
