Up for auction are two dime store hollow lead toy soldiers first produced by the Manoil Manufacturing company about 1940.  They are listed in the toy collector's book, "Collecting American-Made Toy Soldiers", by Richard O'Brien as "(M58) 32 Stretcher Carrier, medical kit".  They stand 3 1/4 inches tall.  The holes in bottom of their base has been filled in making them heavier than normal. On the bottom of the base of one soldier is "Manoil".  They are in good condition as it appears they have been re-painted.  I acquired them in this condition.  Please look at all the pictures for condition and quality .  If you have any questions, please contact me.
