2 piece Girl's Size 5 Sailor Outfit by Doris Sardelis.  Lined corduroy top.  Top is a pullover style with an attached piece behind the v-neck (sewn on one side/snap on other).  Red bow pins on.  White trim is sewn on to the wide collar and cuffs.  There are two slits on the bottom side seams which allow the jacket to cover the waist of the skirt.  The skirt is pleated and has a button to close the waist and suspenders that attach with buttons in the front and back.  It is solid navy corduroy and unlined.  Corduroy is soft.  Wash instructions on tag: cold/delicate and tumble dry cool. I purchased this for my daughter and she wore it in the 1980's.  I've had it stored ever since. It's in good condition.  Approximate measurements:
