Pleaseread carefully! Policy buying/sending

Hi, you areat the point of buying something from me. Through the years I allready haveseen a lot of things that mostly costed me money. So thats why I made thispolicy.

All productsare selected as I wanted to put them in my own car. Yes my products aresometimes more expensive because I have seen the same product allready 20 timesbut does niet meet my standards. They are sold the nex day to somebody else whopays less for a more less attractive or tested or good looking product. Volvoitems are expensive, we all know the Facebook sellers with no clue of prices. Idont buy at private individuals cause I have nothing to fall back on. Productsneed to be cleaned, catogorised, priced, photografed, stored, packed, broughtaway, sended. All products I sell are marked.

I try to findas much as possible rare and common products that meet my standards.

Displayeditems

All itemsthat are listed are as is. You dont get another product. You get the productwhat you see. If there is something with the product before sending, I informyou, and if I have a replacement ill send you pictures before. If you agree tothe replacement item this item will be shipped to you. After the accepting thereplacement item you have no right to return the item. You have seen on atleast 20 picture what will be sended. If you want to cancel you have to do thisbefore sending as Ebay states. 

Solditems

Sold itemsare ALWAYS tested before packing. They were tested at demontage. The product isalways working correctly before shipping. If a product arrive at youre placenot correctly functioning or damaged this is a shipping issue. Radios aretested on working cd changer, lightning, channels output. Speakers are testedon output. Other electronic parts depends on what it is.

Returns

I dont takeitems back, I give all info you need about the item. You can see yourselfonline or via youre dealer to find out if it fits youre car or how to install.I only assist by damaged packaging or damaged items. If you buy from me youknow this upfront, so you know this before purchasing and by purchasing youaccept that no further claims can be made at any time after the purchase.

Electricalparts

I sell as aprivate individual so you have the rights in the EU from a private seller. Idont give guarentee on used items. This is only the case with refurbisheditems. The guarentee starts counting from the moment of sales. The duration ofthis is in the add. Guarentuee means replacement on my costs, when the item issended in the exact way as you got the item.  

Refurbisheditems

Refurbisheditems that dont work properly or break down in the guarente period can besended retour before you sended me a pm. Replacement is done when the item ison stock, if not you will be informed how long its gonna take before you getthe new item. We dont reinbourse. You only get a similar item retour.

Adds

Sometimesmore parts are part of a set. If a part is sold I take this out of the set. If imake a mistake in the add it self, like I change the price and photos, but Iforget to change the add description, the new add counts. You cannot come backon items that were in the set, while the set is sold for a lower price and notvieuwable as per detailed photo. If a part is not on detailed photos, its notin the set.

Shipping

Sold itemswill be shipped in the same day till 2 days after sales. Most products I sellfit the normal standard sizes that DHL, UPS, Fedex, Postnl, DPD, etc etc haveas max sizes. If a product exceeds these sizes Ill look fort he best options.You recognize these products on the shipping price of E200,00.

I kindly askyou to send me a pm with youre shipping adress (street, housenumber, postl code,so I can find the best option out of all shipping companies. I will change theshipping options for youre adress.

Electronicalparts like speakers are always sended by DPD to a service point I always choosethe nearest point near you. In this the packaging has the less handelings. Youreceive the track and trace in youre account.

Damagedor broken product or packaging.

If apackaging is damaged or the item is not working as seen in the add, you KEEPthe package, make a picture of the item and the package in full, and make apicture of the added stickers on the packaging and send it to me via pm, if notI cannot help you further. All items are sended insured tot he max of the valueof the item and sendingcosts.

Insuredshipping

All items aresended insured. If a item is correct working, packed, shipped and arrives atyoure place and does not anymore, who is accountable?. The sender. While thedamage is done during shipping. Thats why i always send insured.

Shippinglocations

I can sendall items worldwide, but… the difference in sending prices is huge. If the itemis bigger in length than 1 meter i put all sending costs at E200,00. When yougive youre shipping details in full, the correct sending price will be adjusted.

If shippedoutside Europe please be aware that you also have customs!. (UK, etc)These arealways to pay.
