This is a very crude pickle bottle.Great whittle. It was dug out of a basement of a hotel. It dates from about 1863.It is round with fluted shoulders; it has a ring below the fluting; another ring above dental tooth around the heel of the bottle. Sticky ball pontil. It is a two -piece mold. Laid on mouth very crude. Elongated bubbles in neck, one is open on the inside. It has minor scratches on the body Over all haze, with strange color patches. It is 12.50 inches tall, base is 4.25 inches and the mouth is 2.50 inches. Measurements are approximate. I don't know if this bottle could be tumbled. Please look at the pictures and ask questions.
