Shows signs of normal use (scratches/ scuffs on the case. No scratches on screen)

Loads DVDs with no problems. Every disc that I tried loaded immediately
Some Blu-Ray discs loaded right away, others took a couple tries, and some I couldn't get to load at all
It has the latest firmware/update so I'm not sure why it loads some and not others
I'm not the original owner.
I charged it enough to test, but I don't know how long the battery will last when NOT plugged in
