I believe this is 1975 model. Possible 1980’s but the tab has 75 on it and may be the year made.

***Some bending to the metal buttons underneath that are used to fold up the Walker and some roughness to the edges of the plastic tabs that hold the seat bar in place on the back, still works very well. ****
