√ A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all need returned packages (After we have a fully communication). Please contact us to get an ""RMA"" number before you ship your items back to us. Items returned without an ""RMA"" number would be ignored or delayed in processing. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by our customer service.
