writing from Johann Wefer (=Wever) to Garenfeld to a Herr Doctor, regarding a complaint against "Borgman zu Garenfeld", which apparently prevents him from using a "common" (public) path.

Additional notes on the reverse (probably by the recipient?); titled "legal(?) request per manutenentia p. Johann Wefer zu Garenfeld ÷ Borgman there", dated Westhofen, 28. June 1691, signed "H. Könige".

Note:Johann Weber (b. 1649 in Garenfeld, died. 1747) married Margarethe Brass (* 1664 as the daughter of Jürgen Brass and Katharina, née. Koellemann, died 1738 in Garenfeld).
