About Otto von Leixner and Hermann Schreyer (source: wikipedia):

Otto Leixner von Grünberg, also Otto von Leixner, born as Otto Leixner (* 24. April 1847 in Saar Castle, Moravia; † 12 April 1907 in Groß-Lichterfelde) was an Austro-German writer, literary critic, journalist and historian.

Life: The predicate of Grünberg derives from the pilgrimage church Grünberg in his birthplace Saar Castle.

Leixner studied aesthetics and literary history in Graz and Munich, where he also worked as a journalist and gave lectures on Spanish literature. In 1874 he went to Berlin, where he was co-editor of Paul Lindau's literary magazine Die Gegenwart for a while, before devoting himself entirely to his literary work. From 1883 he also edited the German Roman newspaper published by Otto Janke.

In 1894, in the series of articles on women's issues in Germany, Leixner had left out the political aspirations, the false concept of education among women's rights activists and their alleged increasing lack of a homeland in the daily newspaper Tages Rundschau. The Prussian noblewoman Ida von Kortzfleisch countered in the Rundschau with the article The female service in the economic women's university. This controversy led to the founding of the Reifenstein Schools, an important milestone in women's education in Germany.
