I believe this is an Aloe Plant, or one large and 7 small plants all in one pot. I propagated this one myself.

These plants love the sun, only need watering once every 2 weeks or so (water as full soak then leave til the compost is dried out completely before watering again, just like a desert).

Great to have in the house as they do not only look pretty but the gel inside the leaves has many medicinal qualities such as treatment for small burns.
