Description

On offer is my Olympus OM SYSTEM m.ZUIKO ED 40-150mm F4 PRO lens - though technically "used", it has not been used sparingly to "shoot" the Hawks that visit our neighborhood.... is and functions AS NEW as a modestly used lens gets... looks the part as well ! It has been replaced with either the m.Zuiko 300mm f4 Pro or the m.Zuiko 100-400mm for my birding activity.

Olympus rear lens cap is included, I recently lost the front lens cap... was in the car when I got to the shoot, and not when we left... so I ordered a replacement! Also included is

1) 62mm UV filter ( front glass has NEVER been
exposed to the elements !

2) Olympus packaging i.e., original box

I won't bother to list the technical details as they are to be found on a hundred webpages, and if you are looking, you already know this lens and its capabilities. All you really want to know is... what it looks like, if it functions flawlessly, and of course... how much !

Mechanically / optically is in flawless condition , the front glass surface has never been exposed to the elements as it always carried a UV filter the very few times it was sitting in my camera bag !!

Selling simply because I don't use... or need ... it enough!! I had bought this outfit to use with my OMD E-M1x for birding, but have upgraded to the OM-1II and gone with the m.Zuiko 150-600mm instead.... which is being used strictly for " birding " !
