CD GAMES: Used cd based games (Xbox, PS2, Gamecube, etc) may contain light to moderate surface scratches on the disc which in most cases should not affect the ability of the cd-rom reading the disc. We do resurface our games in cases where there are a substantial amount of surface scratches in order to reduce the chances of a disk read error from occurring but since we cannot spend hours upon hours playtesting these games to ensure they work from start to finish we make no guarantees that the discs will be free of read errors. However, we do guarantee that all cd based games in our catalogue are free of deep "finger nail" scratches in which case a read error is more likely to occur.
GAME CARTRIDGES: All game cartridges in our catalogue are cleaned and quick tested to ensure they start up and are playable with a controller. Since we cannot spend hours upon hours playtesting games from start to finish we make no guarantees that these games will be error free. Many of the cartridges in our catalogue can be anywhere from 10 to 30 years old and they have been abused and neglected by previous owners over the years. We do our best to restore these games back to a respectable condition by cleaning them thoroughly and ensuring they start-up correctly on the original systems they were manufactured for.
