This Disney Tax Day pin features Scrooge McDuck throwing a fit. I presume, he wasn't happy with his returns. 

There are swearing symbols behind his head. He's holding his 1040A form in his left hand and others in his right.

 Scrooge is a pin-on-pin element. 

At the base it reads "Tax Day" in turquoise lettering and "2006" in red.
