In Japan, the crane is a national treasure and is considered the bird of happiness. It is depicted in art, literature, and mythology as a symbol of good luck and longevity because it is said to live 1,000 years.
 These stud buttons are quite rare dating to the late 1800s. These buttons would look fantastic wore at the cuff when wearing black tie! The Shakudo studs are fabulous quality, so detailed and exquisite. Each measure 1" across. The condition is excellent with secure components.
