Beautiful puzzle. Rare to find in 1000 pieces.

Pre owned and completed a few times. The pieces are complete with no broken or chipped pieces. A few of the pieces have a small amount of wear in some of the edges but  it's only noticeable when looking close up. The box is also in very good condition for it's age with only minor marks. I have tried to show all marks in the photos.

High quality Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle from Wentworth. It is cut in the classic Victorian style, in which every piece is a different shape and selected pieces are cut in shapes that may reflect the image. These "whimsies" were so called because Victorian puzzle cutters included the shapes on a whim, and the Wentworth Wooden Jigsaw Company has maintained this tradition.
