Product Information:
Transporting the uncaged animals of a circus involved several stock car modifications. Ther were cages for the broad-backed baggage stock that pulled the circus wagons. There were others for the trim performing horses, more for ponies and camels and zebras. And still others fitted out for the most popular circus animals of all, the elephants.
Stock cars were usually run at the head of circus trains to minimize the jolts to the animals as engineers took up slack in their trains.
To create this Lowell Smith Circus Car series Atlas was commissioned to product this Limited Edition run.
