Armchair is in very good condition as used only as an extra/spare chair in the sitting room and has had very little use in a one person household.

The left oak veneer arm of the chair has some slight markings as it was placed by the  window where the blinds were sometimes opened and it caught the sun. (please see photo No. 5).

The padded seating is in excellent condition with no stains or markings.
