Packaging

Single or small quantities of metal models are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in padded envelopes. Larger quantities of metal models and all other items are posted in sturdy boxes with void filler and bubble wrap as necessary.

Shipping

All items are posted within 3 working days with Royal Mail, and buyers will be provided with a tracking number where available. The particular service used will depend on the value of the package, and those under the value of £20 won't have tracking.

Condition

Please check the pictures carefully and make sure you are happy with the condition, as they show the particular item(s) you will receive. If I am aware of any damage or missing parts this will have been flagged up above in the title and/or description.

Problems & Returns	If you have any issues with your order, please send a message and I will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please be aware that if your item does not arrive, Royal Mail will unfortunately not consider a compensation claim for loss until 10 working days (21 for international items) have elapsed since the delivery due date, and I will be unable to issue a refund until this point. If you change your mind about an item you've purchased within 30 days, then it can be returned for a full refund, no questions asked. Return postage is at the buyers expense.
