Circa 2000 Unopened, but damaged package

This tube has never been out of the package, but the package has some flaws. there are some small holes as shown in the photos. The flap on the bottom back has tape in 3 spots. I don't know if that is original to the packaging or not. The top of the packaging is not flat. There is a hole in the upper part of the packaging on the back right. Please see photos of all of these issues.
