Set securely at the bottom the pendant is a very large princess cut amethyst gemstone. The amethyst measures 10mm and weighs approximately 3 carats. It has a rich medium purple color and is set with four prongs. The amethyst is surrounded by a full row of tiny natural white diamonds. There are a few additional diamond set at the top by the V shape bail. The total diamond weight is 0.10ct twt. This pendant measures 3/4" from top to bottom and 1/2" from side to side. There is a decorative scroll around the profile of the setting. It comes with an 18" pendant chain with a spring ring clasp. Both the setting and the chain are solid rose gold and are stamped 10K. It is a very well made setting with lots of gold. Perfect for every day or special occasions. Brand new, never worn and shipped with the original $716 tags. February's birthstone!
