Carrier is a survival horror video game released in 2000 for the Sega Dreamcast console. It was published by Jaleco Usainc. and has a mature rating. The game is set on a fictional aircraft carrier and follows the story of a group of survivors fighting against a deadly virus outbreak.

This copy of the game does not include the manual, but comes with the original CD and jewel case with artwork. Jewel case scratches and one small crack on front. Rear artwork is in good condition. CD is in very good condition as well with only some minor scratched and smudges.
