This rare pin commemorates Nurse's Day 2020. It features a pair of Mickey Mouse ears wearing a old-fashioned white nurses hat. 

The ears read: "Nures Day" and the hat "2020". Dangling underneath the ears is a band-aid that reads: "I EARNED THESE EARS".

This pin was originally supposed to be released at DLR and WDW, but because of Covid 19, it wasn't.
