I set it to windows 10 because that’s what I prefer to use but you can easily upgrade to windows 11. Comes with Dell charger 240w. It’s in great condition, has small signs of wear but still very clean. The specs of the laptop are posted on the pictures. Honestly, barely used it. Thought I would need it more for school but didn’t end up using it as much as I thought
