Citrine

New with tag. This is a stunning carved gemstone ring in size 6.  The main stone is real citrine from Brazil, and the accent stones are zircon (a natural gemstone, not to be confused with the man made one by a similar name).  The setting is genuine sterling silver, stamped 925.

The citrine is a warm yellow, and the hexagon shaped gemstone has been carved with beautiful roses.  The stone is12X12mm and it weighs 7cts.  The citrine is set with a eight prongs, forming a crown-like design in sterling silver, and each shoulder of the setting is decorated with a pair of glittering white zircons.  All of the stones together add up to 7.2cts.  This beautiful and unusual citrine ring measures just over 1/2 inch wide and has a comfortable sterling silver under gallery.  The ring weighs 5.5 grams.


The genuine sterling silver used in this piece of jewelry is nickel-free.  In addition, the sterling silver is platinum plated to help reduce tarnishing, and to ensure an even shine.  Re-sizing is not recommended, and can damage the platinum plating.
