Hi there. Here's a copy of US Magazine Punk Issue 6. It's the Photo Story Issue The Legend Of Nick Detroit from October 1976 . Its a newspaper format rather than magazine. The back cover has a stain on it and marks and someone has written Radio Ethiopa on it. There is a small rip I  the top right hand corner of the front cover. When you fold out the paper there is a hole ( where the rip on the front cover is) on the spine (see all photos). Thanks for looking and have a great day
