Excellent vintage working condition.  Showing some minor signs of use/handling/wear commensurate with age.  See photos - ZOOM in on ALL photos, as this is part of my description. Bulb will be included, but I cannot guarantee it will work after shipping, as sometimes the jiggling during shipping causes bulbs not to work.

Will require a very large box, adding to the cost of shipping.
