MultiBlitz, Lastolight type diffuser. About 1m diameter when open folds to about 35cm diameter closed.  There is some staining on the fabric (see picture) which doesn't affect its use. 

These don't seem to be so easy to find these days so grab a really useful lighting accessory while you can!
