Approx 3-4 years old.

Good structural condition, could do with a power wash or scrub to clean it up if desired.

A couple of dings here and there and several screw holes. I taped some mesh on the inside of the vents to prevent bugs getting in. Some gorilla tape on the inside where hooks etc were placed.

Was based on a level wooden base and gardening items stored within.

Will be dismantled into smaller parts (minimally dismantled so will be easy to put back together again).
