The pickup cover is hand formed from stainless steel. It has extra solid tuner frames as you can see from the photos. It comes with a new padded shot gun case that fits perfectly. The fret board is hand made from purple heart wood with mother of pearl marker dots and plastic inlaid frets. the square lug attached to the center tuner bar was added for a solid place to put your clip-on tuner.

I have jammed a couple times with my friends using this lap steel and they were all impressed with output and sound of this guitar.
