This is a vintage Lanard action figure from 1985. The action figure is a red ninja character from the Dragon Force franchise and is a Chuck Norris action figure. It is a collectible item for fans of the TV, movie, and video game theme.

I don’t know how it supposed to be but the knee joints work. Left arm works, right arm is spring loaded karate chopping and works. Right hip is locked but left hip is spring loaded karate kick and works but week because it’s 40 years old.

Chuck Norris doesn't get old... age is too scared to creep up on him.
