For your consideration is a vintage Native American silver and turquoise necklace. There are silver beads and ornaments with turquoise set in them that resemble a beetle opening it's wings. The back of the center ornament is mark with the initials "R.K.C.". The necklace is made of silver, probably coin silver but possibly sterling. I do not see any marks regarding the silver content. The necklace is stung on silver wire and is roughly 17.5" long overall. I am not sure the exact age of this but it is definitely older, the current owner bought it at an auction in the late 1980s or early 1990s.
