SUMMARY: This Classic Picasso Lithograph is after his Original Work of 1954, which he designed to promote his famous "Suite de 180 Dessins de Picasso " exhibition that year - a celebration of his working contribution to one of the most famous art publications of the 20th Century: VERVE 29-30. In the affiche, you will note the combination of both full face and profile that was used often in Picasso's work of the 1940's, together with subtle but unmistakable reminders of his Cubist phase in this composition. It is a beautiful example of the edition, and this 'hard to find' item is in superb condition for its years.
