We use FedEx and Japan Post for shipping.
It takes approximately 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of order to shipment. Please understand our processing time, as we carefully review numerous orders with a small team.
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances with the shipping company. Particularly for South America, where shipping may take longer, we recommend using International Expedited Shipping. If your item does not arrive, please contact the shipping carrier, as there may be issues with customs clearance.
Items will be shipped to the address you provided at the time of purchase. Address changes are not accepted, so please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during purchase. The recipient's address and name must be written in English. If the address or name is written in another language, delivery may not be possible, and there is a risk of loss. In such cases, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds. Please make sure to write in English.
Even for items with free shipping, additional fees called "remote area charges" may apply depending on the region (especially common in Australia and Canada). In such cases, an additional fee of approximately $20 to $30 will be incurred, so please be aware of this.
Please refrain from refusing to accept the package due to customs duties. In the case of returns due to this reason, a refund may not be possible.
If you need to return an item, please return it with the original packaging and accessories.
