This is 3 1/2 yards of batik (note that one side has more cream sprinkles or spots than the other as seen in my fifth picture), measuring 36 inches wide. It is designed as one long piece with 2 distinct paired bird panels and a centerpiece. Selvage is marked RD / =Putri-Kembar= (twin daughters)/ daft. no=63319 / F.K.S. Pekalongan (a city in Java). There is also a sticker with No. 902 and a price in rupiahs.

Colors include brown, blue, cream, orange. This piece has occasional, tiny, light brown spots throughout. My suspicion is it may have been used as a tablecloth, which may explain the spots. None of them are large and thus they are difficult to photograph.

I did a burn test on the piece since it does not feel like cotton. There is no melt; it has no synthetic fibers. It feels and floats like silk.

I have over 20 pieces of batik (many the real thing from the 1970's with labels, stickers, and sample tags), so see my other listings.
