Item is in beautiful MINT unused condition.  There are no bends, wrinkles, or creases.  It was never played with.  The way it worked is you would hold the cardboard gun in your hand and snap it downward so that the airflow snapped out the inner paper which then would make a pop noise.  I remember these types of toys as a kid.
