This is an original press photo. Ralph McKinney (right), a member of the Robertson County Grand Jury probing the mysterious death of Agriculture Official Henry H. Marshall last year, introduces himself to William P. Mattox, suspended Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Official from Reeves County, as they stand outside the courthouse at Franklin, Texas, yesterday. Mattox testified before the Grand Jury lat yesterday. Presiding District Judge John Barron recessed the jury this afternoon, and it will convene again Monday morning. Photo measures 10 x 8.25inches.
