Front of leggings is 86% polyester 14% polyurethane - back is 69% viscose 25% polyamide 6% elastane. Front and back are 2 different shades of black and have a different texture. On each side of waist band is a 7.5" elastic section. No pockets - no belt loops - just pull on and off.

Measurements: 15.5" across waist to fit 29-30 waist depending on your fit preference. 28" inside leg. 10" rise. 5" at hems.
